$75 (fee is waived when estimate for parts/labor is authorized)

Labor Rate for Out of Warranty Hardware Repairs
$120 (flat rate) plus applicable parts

While You Wait Service
$75 plus any applicable labor/parts charges (Your computer will be diagnosed and if the required parts are in stock or if it is a software related issue then we will fix your computer while you wait)

Software Related Repairs
$100 per hour with a 30 minute minimum charge 

Hard Drive Data Transfer
$50 minimum (based on amount of data transferred)

Hard Drive Backup to CD or DVD
$100 CD  up to 750MB
Each Additional CD's  $20

Repair work is generally completed within two business days. Machines are diagnosed within four hours and parts pulled from stock or ordered if necessary.

"While you wait service" is generally available for an additional fee.

DSR provides one-business day turn-around on all computer support emails and faxes from our customers.

DSR specializes in providing service to overseas customers in Africa, the developing world, and 220 volt countries.

We stock batteries, AC adapters, additional RAM, larger hard drives, carry cases, port replicators, security cables, portable and non-portable surge protectors and accessories for many models.

Due to manufacturer limitations on warranty reimbursement, as of February 1, 2004, DSR will no longer cover return shipping for computers repaired under warranty.  DSR offers courier service or FedEx shipping for a fee.  Please call for rates.  You may use your own courier or account number for return shipping via UPS, FedEx or Airborne.

Manufacturers warranties do NOT cover software related issues.  DSR provides software related repair and maintenance services for various fees, please inquire for rates.
