Service: On-Site Services
We offer on-site service to anyone within a 30-50 mile radius. Please call us and schedule a service call. When you call please have the following information:
- brand and model of computer
- warranty status, i.e., is the warranty still current? Is it an "on-site" warranty?
- a summary of the problem
- your address and phone number
DSR is an authorized repair center for the following manufacturers:
If you have an "on-site" warranty on your computers, there is no charge for us to come to your office. If you do not have an "on-site" warranty then there is a charge of $50 per visit to come to your office.
