DSR is committed not only to top-quality service but fast turn-around time. We pride ourselves on our personalized service to our customers. We understand the frustrations of dealing with an automated system, so we have a human being answering our phones during regular business hours, in order to provide the fastest and best service possible to our customers. DSR is especially equipped to repair your Toshiba computer as we have over $300,000 worth of spare parts in stock. We also stock common parts of the other brands that we service. We do monthly evaluation surveys to our service customers to make sure that they are satisfied with their repairs and also to see if there were any problems encountered with their computer repair. Each question has a point value and our techs are given quarterly bonuses based on this customer feedback.

We have fixed over 55,000 Toshibas over the last eight years. DSR is also an authorized warranty and repair center for Apple, HP/Compaq, Digital, Gateway, Dell, IBM, Lenovo and Sony computers.

DSR has a staff of A+ certified technicians. Also we have at least one technician with the following certifications from Toshiba, Compaq, Microsoft and Novell: CNE, MCP, TCT, ASE, ACT, TAT and MCSE.

Repair work is generally completed within two business days. Machines are diagnosed within four hours and parts pulled from stock or ordered if necessary.

"While you wait service" is generally available for an additional fee.
