Welcome Hubert H. Humphrey Fellows

The Humphrey program offers a $300 computer subsidy for Humphrey Fellows who would like to purchase a computer during their Humphrey year. 

IIE/HHH has arranged with DSR Computer Technology Specialists in Maryland to provide a convenient purchase option that does not require an immediate cash outlay. 

A fellow may purchase a computer online through the DSR store site and IIE will pay the $300 portion of the invoice. Any amount over the $300 computer subsidy will be deducted from the upcoming maintenance checks throughout the Humphrey Year. 

Fellows who qualify for this order can place an order through the Humphrey Fellow store. Instructions for accessing the store are as follows:

1. Visit the store site (click here)
2. Login with the following:
   
   • Username: iiehhh@dsr-inc.com
   • Password: Iiehhh2014 (password is case sensitive)
3. Add the computer you want to order to your cart.
4. When you have picked all the items you want to order click on the "checkout" tab in the top bar on the screen.
5. Update the ship-to address. Please ensure this address is Humphrey Office at your host location. Then click "next" at the bottom of the page.
6. Select "IIEE Grantee Number" as your payment method. Then click "next" at the bottom of the screen.
7. Review your order for accuracy then submit.
